I work with a lot of different types of salespeople professionally, and can confidently say that working with Brandon Hostetter has been one of the best experiences. He is diligent, thoughtful, and incredibly hard working. I was bidding on and buying a place remotely during COVID times, and Brandon made the process seamless for me. He navigated virtual house visit, inspection and negotiation in record time, and we got to a result that was mutually beneficial to both me and the sellers. He even went above and beyond to help with contractor recommendations so I could hit the ground running upon deal close. If I had the chance, I would jump at the opportunity to work with him again.

As someone who works in the construction industry and hates trying to be sold on something, Brandon was by far the absolute best and most professional realtor I could have asked for. Brandon was extremely responsive at all hours, helpful for any and all questions, and a genuine person. If I buy another house in the area anytime soon it will absolutely be through Brandon. If I could give a 10/10 I would.

Unfortunately, like a lot of you reading this review, we had an unbearable neighbor situation in which we wanted to move fast. Branden Hostetter pulled off the impossible and sold our home, 2 rentals, and got us into our dream home in 1.5 months with a total value of 1.4 million dollars. Moreover, he got us out of a terrible situation quickly, and because of him, we hit a triple jackpot: 1. Great neighbors 2. Great neighborhood 3. Most importantly, a great house that is a perfect match for our family! Branden went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants! Phone calls were always answered, or returned, and We always felt that we mattered and were important to him!
