My husband and I are Seniors. We made the decision last Spring to move from Rhode Island to Pennsylvania to be near family. We hired Mike Stum of Real Choice Real Estate as our buyers broker and were most definitely pleased with what he did for us. We did a few tours in person but then switched to virtual tours using FaceTime, which saved us a lot of tiring travel from RI. Mike really knows what hes doing! His construction background is a huge asset. He was quick to point out any problems that he spotted; plus after an offer was accepted, he stuck with us through the entire mortgage and closing process, keeping us aware of what we should or should not accept and watching out for potential problems. The sellers realtor did not show up at the closing; yes, there was a major problem on the sellers side. Mike stepped in and helped explain things to the seller so that we could get this done. Mike really knows his craft and is extremely honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable realtor
