        The staff was very unfriendly upon arrival. She tried to tell me that my Groupon would not work unless I purchased it 48hrs before and tried to turn my family away without even trying to redeem it first. Then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for them in full if it didnt work which was not a problem. When I advised that would not be a problem either she stated well thats pretty expensive as if I would not be able to afford them. They were not inclusive for my autistic children. Overall zero star Park City JcPenny in Lancaster Pa!

        Best experience!!! Photographer Molly got all the shots we asked for and thought of several we love that we didnt think of. Worked well with our toddler and infant. Super happy!!
