        Terrible! They scheduled my child for my child to have an adult tooth worked on and they dont even do what they scheduled him for!! They had me drive over an hour each way to the Lancaster location for no reason! Than to make it worse the manager there gave me an attitude because our specialist that children dental referred us to wanted to know why they couldnt do what they were supposed to do today since they originally said they were able too and the dentist is supposed to do it within six weeks after the surgery was done by the specialist! Worst service! I would give this company a zero star rating if it would let me! Customer service in person and on the phone is awful! Dont waste your time at this place!

        my daughter is new to children's dental health of lancaster she had an emergency, and they fit her in no problem. Our wait time was minimal and staff was very helpful and understanding.
