Thank you for sharing, I would like to clarify the situation with your review we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the work. We did speak with you in person and you expressed a couple concerns, one being a small surface blemish that we spoke about this area was from our paving machine where we begin to pave with it, you had requested that we try to compact again we had advised against heating or compacting of any kind with a hand tamp or roller machine because there is risk of scratching the surface and making it stand out where it was repaired. Aside from recommending against it you asked for it to be done anyway. Your response was “I don’t care about that try to tamp it down “ so we did proceed to satisfy your concern, against our professional opinion. The area at the front was a little bit higher we had spoke to you and mentioned that it would be better for settlement because your driveway was a dig out and repave. It leaves room for it to settle if it was not higher you would end up with a low spot , we had spoke to you about that as well and you said you understood. This review comes as a surprise, as we have had not any more communication from you after we were finished with your request. We strive in providing quality service and standing behind our work we are very confident in our work that was done there. I would note we had gone above and beyond what was agreed to in terms of thickness to ensure a better long lasting job we are proud of our work and I am sorry you do not feel the same way.? We do advise customers to not do things against a professional contractors recommendation but unfortunately you chose to do so. Surface blemishes do fade away during curing process and sealcoating application is done . We appreciate the work and fully stand behind our work 100%.
