image I cant say enough about this officeIve been suffering with pain (full neck fusion, Bi-lateral Shoulder replacement (twice), lower back, my list goes on). Have done everything from pain meds to physical therapy, nothing was workinguntil I was told about a pain pump (from Dr Marotti across the hall). I had that put in, in 2019,!my life has changed. I was able to go back to work (PT) and got a lil chunk of my life back. I appreciate Dr Kim (Ive seen Fishman & Vanetessi), hes a very patient and understanding Dr, he explains everything and has a wonderful bedside manner, which means a great deal to me. He now has a nurse come to my home to fill my pump, so I no longer need to go to the office for this procedure. As for getting ahold of anyone on the phone, I never have any problemit just takes a little time, which requires a little patience!!

image If I could I would give them a minus 1! Ever since dr. V and a couple of doctors left this place has gone way down. They brought in out of state doctors that don't care at all about their patients!

image I had been seeing Dr. Fishman for >1 yr w/no complaints. Ive had 7 spinal surgeries that have left me with chronic mod-severe pain. We were waiting on my SSDI application result & the plan was for me to remain on Oxycodone until SSDI was approved, & then I could on Medicare & get a pain pump inserted.
However, I became depressed/felt hopeless b/c my pain was worsening.& I told my husband I was going to OD on Tylenol, which caused an overnight stay at LGHs behavioral dept located in the ER. I saw a Psychiatristt the next morning & he cleared me for D/C.
I went to my next pain mngmt appt & saw Dr Matz who abruptly D/Cd my pain med & anxiety med that I had been taking for about 2 yrs w/o putting me on anything for withdrawal (b/c of my suicidal ideations). And, yep-I went into withdrawal-I was so bad that I truly couldnt get out of my house, so I called my PCP & we had a video visit; my PCP gave me something for the withdrawal-I knew better than try to call the pain mngmt doctors b/c they seemed like they didnt care at all.
ALL of my UDSs always came back negative for substances, & I have NEVER been a drug seeker. Now, because they took me off of my pain meds (Dr Kim & Dr Matz were both very dismissive-acted like they didnt even want to talk to me, & offered no other treatment of any kind, like Iovera, trigger point injections, RFAs, etc), my pain has ramped up SOOO much!!! I sit in my recliner, reclined all the way back 24/7. I can barely get around.
Its impossible to reach the Lancaster office staff directly-their phone system is absolutely convoluted. I left a message 2 wks ago at the main switchboard b/c I need to know if they are still planning on inserting a pain pump or not if my SSDI Appeal gets approved. I STILL havent heard from anyone. I need an SSDI recommendation letter from them, but why bother calling. They obviously dont want to be bothered with me. I could always count on Dr. Fishmanbut he left their practice. IF they DO bother contacting me (which I highly doubt), I may amend this review.
I just wonder if they would treat their mothers or sisters like that.
Poor care after Dr. Fishman left, & poor follow-up.

image Was having a wonderful experience with Dr. Fishman, until he left recently. He was kind and he took the time to listen and understand; I am so upset over his departure, as I felt I had finally found a great doctor. I was switched to Dr. Kim and so far it has been a nightmare and traumatizing. Getting a hold of office personal is impossible. Not sure what to do at this point because I can't get any answers as far as if any of the other docs at the Lancaster office deals with pumps. I know Dr. Polin does not, I'm not sure about Dr. Vanetesse.

image Love Dr. Vanetesse
Love the staff
Very helpful very caring....
But the phone situation is the worst !!!!!!!!!!I cannot get a hold of a human for anythIng in the world. Wait wait wait only to speak to someone who says there not sure they are not in states they are all based over seas and she is from Costa Rica. All she can do is send them a message and then she just hangs up on me Had a few times for this. i literally cannot handle the stress just trying to get a hold of my Doctors office for days at a time. Literally sitting here crying i feel so lost . What do I do. to speak to a human AT MY DR OFFICE!!!!
