Rosenfeld, Belser and Davis ENT

I have zero negative things to say. Dr Belser is a very kindhearted Physician with a very sweet bedside manner. I trusted him 100% to care for my child and he did not disappoint. When he told me "if this were my child....", I just knew I found the right ENT.

Im thankful for the excellent care I receive from Dr.Belser. He is very professional, attentive, and does a great job getting my ear wax out gently. I schedule to see him every 6 months. However, the office staff dont welcome me or any customers walking in. No smiling face from the front desk employees. And that happens every time I go there. The building also can use some sprucing up, bright colors, fresh paint!

Dr Davis is a excellent professional, the issue with that office is that they never answer the phone, they have this lady called Marielle which is really difficult to deal with and really rude. She never answers the phones in the morning, she only answers in the afternoons sometimes, the majority of the times the lack of communication makes impossible to reach someone in the office. She is the only one attending phone calls, and when you are there in the office, they have like 4 receptionists there at the front desk apparently with no patients waiting. Also, they don't have system to remind you the appointment and no one remides you either the appointments, appointments with them are difficult to schedule because they are "always busy." Even if I call to cancel my appointment, they don't take the phone call and I cannot reschedule the appointment, after that they don't give you a new appointment. That lady Marielle is the worst, she is really meaning and rude all the times. Dr Davis, Your patient's needs. you but we cannot contact you is a really shame.

Dr Davis intervened in 2012 when, after several years of routine thyroid ultrasounds recommended by my primary care team to monitor nodules, it was determined that a calcified nodule needed to be evaluated. A biopsy was performed and then surgery recommended. The risks and benefits were clearly explained by Dr Davis. Surgery was 100% successful blthankks to Dr Davis and his A team. Dr Davis, 10 years later, has been reviewing the evolution of the thyroid and nearby lymph node situation. I am 100% convinced that I am getting the best medical care thanks to Dr Davis and my PCP, Dr Simmons.

I have had ENT issues my whole life. I had the worst visit with any doctor ever with Dr. Davis. He was condescending, unwilling to listen, and did not care.
