        Despite sharing my child's insurance over the phone, which LOA does not participate with, the staff scheduled us. They waited until the day of the appointment to share they don't participate with the insurance. The inconsideration of people's time is so rude. People are busy, stop wasting people's time.

        So glad I chose LOA for my Orthodontic needs, they really do care about your smile. They are prompt with appointments but also take the time to make sure you are cared for concerning your needs. I highly recommend them :)
