I could not have been happier buying glasses. The young woman who helped me pick out frames was patient, and knew which frames for me to try on. The choice was easy with her help. I got the glasses and they are perfect. I love them! I recommend Campus Opticians to everyone!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and service here. They mad the glasses process for my two year old (now three) a breeze. They continuously supported us when we needed to refit or adjust the glasses. The selection for toddlers was great. My daughter chose a juicy couture pair that were a little to big so they had it ordered in the correct size. The selection exceeds what is available in store. The staff is genuinely caring and have been great to work with over the past year. Bob is a glasses fitting master!

I see that most of the reviews written are from several years ago so I need to mention the amazing experience I have had with an employee who has worked here for only a year. Pam helped my 4 year old adjust to bifocals in January with ease. She was so patient and kind with him and super helpful explaining my insurance coverage! Fast forward to today, my sons glasses snapped. We leave for a trip in 2 days. When I called it happened to be Pam who answered. She remembered us. Looked up his information. Told me to bring him and the glasses and she could absolutely help! We got there and within 30 minutes were leaving with new frames! Again, she patiently explained the care of his glasses to him and adjusted the glasses in a way that will help avoid the issue we experienced today. She turned a frantic morning into a minor inconvenience. I cant thank her enough!

Initially, I was very impressed. Bob and Brendan cannot be nicer, and they are very professional. This year I made sure to ask as many questions as possible. Bob tirelessly worked with me explaining his new Therablue lens, where the blue protection is fused right into the lens and not just a coating. He explained that theres a slight tint as a result of the technology. Then I had to decide if I wanted AR coating- so at a whopping $99 I decided to take it as well, I mean, were talking about my eyesight, so who wouldnt want the best of the best and as immaculately clear vision as possible, right? So I decided on the Trivex, Therablu, AR Crizal Sapphire Coated, Digital Progressives. Fast forward to delivery day, and I knew something was off. I asked a bunch of questions as I tried to figure out if it was me, the new Rx, or my the itself. Bob said to me, give it a little time, kristine, its a new eyeglass prescription. Can we just talk about THAT for a minute? Why would I need to adjust to my eyeglass script? I mean, if it was right, shouldnt the very act of wearing my new glasses relieve the eye strain, headaches, and fatigue Ive been experiencing with the wrong prescription??? So no, that didnt make sense to me, but I sucked it up, paid, and left. A week later and I still feel like someone put a thin clear piece of type over my RIGHT lens-being just blurry enough to be SUPER ANNOYING. I called Bob and he said if the script had to be changed there would be no problem, and free of charge. Well that led me me to believe there would be no problem changing the right lens if the eye doc said I actually needed the astigmatism but back on there, thats what he said, so thats what I believed (boy was I wrong!). Getting the doc to see me during COVID-19 lock down wasnt the easiest, but I called and spoke with the office staff and they were super amazing and got me in at the end of that week. It turned out that doc DID change the Rx and added the astigmatism back to the right lens, then she walked with me down the hall in the health campus to go speak with bob. Well, Bob barely spoke with me, much less helped me. He looked very upset, but I didnt need further conversations regarding what I wanted, all that was necessary was to order a the new lens for the right eye. A week later I went back to get them, and the script was great. I could see clearly for the first time in months and felt good. I happen to have light eyes and am VERY sensitive to light, so when the AR reflection coating was slightly off, and more red-violet, than the green on the left, it reflected light oddly, just enough to make me think of what being tripped out on acid must be like. Every mirror I passed, flash of light I looked into, walk outside, and drive in the car seemed like it was slightly off between lenses. Finally, Im in the bathroom applying makeup and I can see the reflection of the 6 vanity lights against my glasses...clearly they were similar, for sure, but it was definitely off. The right didnt have the same depth perception as the left and the color reflected off the lens was more red-violet. I turned the glasses upside down and held them over a white cardboard with natural lighting and took several pictures to email to Bob to ask if perhaps the AR coating was applied differently, or worse (gulp!) he forgot to order my replacement ken with the Therablue in the lens. His was reply was to call the office. When I did, he carried on telling me I didnt know what I was talking about, that it was the same lens, he wasnt going to order a new lens, or fill the second pair of sunglasses I purchased from him, and that I should come in he would pop out the lenses and refund me all of my money...that I should go somewhere else because Im just not happy . What??? I sent him 6 pictures where anyone can see the green-yellow tint reflection on the left and the slightly red-violet-Green tint on the, newly placed lens, on the right. Im not imaging that theyre different lenses or coatings or something...but something is off.
