Ive been going here for a while. If you arent with a specific nail tech (basically only two that are good, one is Ivy and I forget the other ones name) the service is bad. I went in for an acrylic removal and basic gel manicure. The nails chipped the next day. Went back, she fixed it, so in my mind im trying to be understanding cause it was only one nail. Next day (day 3) 4 out of my 10 nails were chipped. I paid $51 for this service!!!!! $51!!!! I am by no means trying to hate on a business, but when you are paying a substantial amount for nails, i expect to get that. Im finding a new nail salon, this was the last straw. Ive had french tips messed up, designs off, cuts on my toes from pedicures and tried to be understanding but im fed up with this nails salon. Go to another one

Been getting my nails done out of state and needed to find something local that would be reliable for fill/ acrylics - I am picky and can come with high expectations! Helen is a Gem and took her time. My nails were impeccably done. Almond shape throws some people off but she nailed it. I had nothing to critique at all. My first visit- place is clean as a whistle too so I will definitely revisit. I recommend make an appointment and add all the services you think you will get- they seem strict about not being able to add- but I respect that- peoples time is $ so good for them.
