Started with one tech and without any explanation, BOOM, I've got a different tech. So sloppy because of rushing. Multiple fingers have colored gel polish on the skin around my nails. Three nails have a glob of final gel clear coat on them that is quite obvious. I will not be returning. I've done walk-in many places and have never had this experience. And it's more expensive than the places I've gone before. EDIT: It's encouraging that they reach out to unhappy customers to "make it right" but they'd be betters served to do it right the first time.

I LOVED this place. When I walked in, it was very clean, and super fancy. Andrew did my nails and he was so kind, and he finished them very fast. Definitely recommend this place and coming here again!

All the ladies here are super sweet and great at what they do! It smells good, nice and clean and very relaxing.
