He was very thorough and took the time to explain what we should expect and anticipate when buying our current home and really made sure to help us every step of the way. Justin has been a wonderful agent for us. Even though he is located in Lancaster, he worked with us out in York. He was always on top of the searches for houses in our area and found us the perfect one to call home. He was very helpful in explaining things about the houses. He answered any concerns or questions about the houses in a truthful way. He was there to guide us through the whole process and made us feel comfortable and at ease about the whole process. He genuinely cared about our concerns and wish lists, gave us helpful tips and insights on the houses. He was excellent on negotiating with the other realtor in getting us on the right path to winning the bid for the house. Overall, Justin has made this a fun and simple journey. I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to find a home.
