Had an amazing experience with the staff at this location. My brother passed away unexpectedly and I needed a new suit ASAP. This location was very busy, yet Matthew and the tailor went above and beyond to get me what I needed in time. Thank you all for such a great and easy experience in this awful time for my family. I'll never forget it. Thank you again Matthew!

If a negative review was possible, that would be the most appropriate and accurate rating. Never have I been in a more unprofessional business. I was told to come in twice for tailoring, and a wedding fitting. The first visit took over a hour, during which time I was passed off to multiple employees, one of whom referred to me as a disproportionate nightmare. Agter an hour of waiting, with multiple employees on site playing on their phones, I was told that they would not fit me, and to come back at a later date. The second trip I confirmed that the tailor was again in store, and again was informed that the tailor was no longer there. Again I was told that they would not fit me, and that I should sell the suits in question. Not only the unprofessionalism, the quality of the products are less than satisfactory for an exorbitant expense. I would suggest all interested parties in going anywhere else.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! My dad and my brother both found their outfits for my sisters wedding. The staff were so helpful and kind. Especially Ron!!
