I just called to refer myself, because I have had both sjogrens syndrome and fibromyalgia since 1982. I was told that I need a doctor to refer me. I really think that if this is correct. You might want to put that on this venue and the Penn medicine portal. I will keep looking but unless you get a doctor's referral, don't waste a phone call.

What an absolute awful experience! From the scheduling to the Physicians. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are NOT the only game in town. For a minute there I thought I was calling Walmart! Please do your due diligence even if your Primary Physician recommends them, request Penn State Health! You'll get the upmost Patient care and experience not to mention a MUCH rapid appointment!

I stopped going here. Terrible experience. I was seen for all of a minute- I was leaving even before my scheduled appointment time....its a money machine- charges the earth for appointments and you get such little care. Ill live with the pain until I can find another place to be seen.
