        Scheduled a consultation that I paid $400 for. I've never paid a consultation fee for an initial contractor consult, but expected I would get amazing customer service and a great proposal. The adage you get what you pay for was wrong. We had to repeatedly pester the company to provide their proposal. When we finally got the proposal the design was lame and uncreative, nothing like the amazing work I see them showcase on Instagram. The proposal was also $$$ and didn't incorporate plan concepts discussed in-person. Total disappointment. But hey, the Insta photos look awesome. My advice, get a free consult from a contractor who wants your business and listens to you.

        Pontz installed our pond and it is drop dead gorgeous. When first installed, it was not quite right and they quickly came back and took care of it. We could not be happier (nor could the fish)
