I cant imagine how they treat and get away with multi million dollar businesses by the way they treat small businesses. HORRIBLE Experience since day one. We were duped into their sales pitch and had all of our soaps, toilet paper, sanitizer dispensers switched out to Cintas and we regret it so much. The goal that was promised to us was that Cintas would take care of all of our dispensers, we wouldnt ever need to change them out AND the beauty of it was that we didnt need to have backstock on site taking up space since Cintas would be here weekly. Good Lord. We didnt even make it a week, and our soaps and toilet papers were empty and Cintas was nowhere to be found. And the surprising thing is they actually stopped in this week and still didnt switch out dispensers or even add backstock to our shelves (because their system doesnt work). We are a year in and trying to now figure out how to go back to our old reliable system, where we have toilet paper and soap that we control because Cintas cant. We just had our busiest week of the entire year without paper towels and toilet paper, and no one around to help.
