        I tried to purchase business insurance December 4th with this company. I was ignored and forgotten for 2 weeks. I made contact with Kimberly where I was suggested to go else where because I was a new business and no insurance company would approve a start up restaurant and food truck. I am not sure if it was because my ethnicity or if the lady was just that neglectful to her clients. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANY SMALL BUSINESS OR LARGE COMPANIES TO WORK WITH THEM.

        My husband and I have been with Murray Securus for years. Had to file a car claim and they took care of it quick and with ease. We always shop for good rates since we have good records and good credit and they deliver! Good personal CS reps that answer calls not phone game with answering machines.
