Jenn is a phenomenal agent with extensive knowledge.. we were so confused about getting insurance on marketplace for the first time...she explained everything until we understood it.. she took the time needed to listen to our needs and found my husband the best plan at the best cost.. jenn is a gem !! We dont know how we would have navigated this confusing process without her. To her you are not a number but a real person with real needs that she truly cares about.. no better agent anywhere!!! An asset to her company for sure!!! We love jenn

I very strongly recommend Jennifer Labanz. My family received outstanding service from her. Like many, for us securing health insurance is a daunting process. Jennifer led us through the process step-by-step and got us set with excellent policies. The next time I need to get health insurance, I am calling Jennifer, guaranteed ! More positive things to note about Jennifer Labanz and her service - in particular focusing on customer needs. My son (a veteran) was about to begin a job without health insurance. Jennifer looked into his situation and determined his income would not exceed the level to qualify for VA coverage, and did not need a separate policy. That is a great example of focusing on what the customer needs, and saving money for my son. When my family does need insurance - it is Jennifer Labanz whom we will be calling. I strongly recommend her service.

My experience was great! Jennifer was very nice, helpful, and right to the point. Nothing took to long and as a person thats new to applying for health insurance I appreciated the way she broke things down and explained everything to me so I could get the right coverage. If I ever have any problems I would want to work with her specifically.
