Great experience. Tim did an informative walk-through with me on the home I purchased this past year and also checked the heating and cooling on the same visit. It was a basic check-up, but I feel I got more out of it. Tim knows his stuff. I highly recommend his services.

Tim was honest, fast and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I appreciated his help with our water heater and will be calling him again for assistance with our HVAC system in the near future.
