        So much for being a loyal customer. Been with them since 1997 ( they weren't leffler then) they were going to start charging a $100 a year flat fee Whether you got a $100 worth of fuel or not and We do not use a $100 worth a year So decided to cancel services. We Had just had the tank filled, so it was full But said I would be refunded for what was in my tank but Several days later, I get a bill for $85 for a pickup fee for the tanks. Which they never told me about. Bill said they would be using my refund to pay for the pickup fee which again they failed to mention when I was canceling . So basically they're gonna be double dipping. I had given them a fuel full tank back paid in full and now they're gonna give it to somebody else and charge them for it too and I get no refund. I will never use them again for propane services
