I have had the very fortunate experience of purchasing my new mobile home from Craig Fox at Superior homes. Although I work in the industry, I was unfamiliar with the process of buying and financing a home, but Craig was able to guide me through it and iron out all the wrinkles along the way. I've also had numerous experiences working with Superior Homes in a professional capacity. Working in management and maintenance in various mobile home parks, I recognize and associate the name Superior Homes with high quality homes and reliable business practices. Highly recommend working with this outfit!

Okay I want you to share my experience with anybody that wants to read this to start with I needed to buy a new home due to a fire which was 100% loss to my family and myself didn't have enough money to stick build so we looked at modulars not sure where to go we found Superior homes in Lancaster and met a man called Craig Fox so glad we went up there to start with my new home is beautiful all the bells and whistles all top and everything I couldn't ask for anything else but too my surprise it also came with high-end appliances all stainless steel Whirlpool appliances can you believe that you may not but it is true I have a suggestion thank you Tony Salinas for anybody looking for a new home take the time go up to Superior homes look at their beautiful homes they have for sale you'd be astonished and what they have once again thank you Greg for my new beautiful home I also want to personally thank you for making this experience very easy and also you overseeing every aspect of this new home coming to buy property truly from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you guys more importantly again anybody looking for a new home take a moment drive up there take a look at them you will not be disappointed I guarantee it thank you Tony Salinas

As we are in the process of building a home but are having some issues with land and what not. Once those issues are resolved we are hoping then we can move forward. However, we were referred to Superior Homes by a family member who said hey there is a place in Lancaster I saw when we were passing by. My husband and I decided to make the 2 hr. drive and check them out. Once we arrived we were treated with the upmost respect, offered a drink, we were able to take our time and ask as many questions that we wanted. (we looked at each and every home/cabin etc. on the lot) Not once were we ever rushed. We have been to Lancaster numerous times to look at the model we like and sit down and start to get things going in the decision making of the build. Each and every time we were greeted with respect and kindness. If Craig wasn't there Steele would help us with looking and answering questions. So they all work together in a kind and friendly atmosphere. We were allowed to even take measurements inside so we could figure a few things out for layouts that we needed to be done. At one point Craig offered us to be able to go look at his home tO see what and how they had a few things done. (How many ppl would offer you that) which we didn't do but that offer was so kind and thoughtful! All phone calls and texts were returned in a very timely manner and were told if we have any questions at any time feel free to call and we will answer all questions you may have. As our process is in the making and not even sure if this will happen because of issues on our end and out of our control where we are going to build. The entire process so far has been awesome! It was very easy to set up appointments with them as they worked with our schedule and would even stay later to accommodate us. I can not express enough of how each and every time we were there or called how all staff that we encountered were very professional, supportive, kind and considerate. We highly recommend Superior Homes to anyone interested in building in the future. Below you can see/read the experience that my husband and I received from a local builder up our way! (SO IF YOU FIND SOMEONE AS KIND, SUPPORTIVE, AND CONSIDERATE AS YOU CAN AT SUPERIOR HOMES THEN GO WITH THEM THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!) NOTE: THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE THAT WE RECEIVED FROM A HOME BUILDER UP OUR WAY WHICH IS WILKES-BARRE SCRANTON AREA (as we did check a few places by us the one place the homes looked so cheaply made we weren't impressed with construction. The other place homes looked better. returned there several times and on the last visit they were so rude just because I asked to see the place for the 3rd time they made me feel as if it was a bother to even give me the key and when I was told he was busy and walked away I/we turned and left. Later one this gentleman had the nerve to call me and ask if we were going to proceed with the home? I said what are you kidding me? We were there last week, the way you treated me and spoke to me! I will take my business some place else! How dare you be so rude?! As my husband couldn't make it to look at it as his schedule didn't allow it so on the 3rd time he did manage to be able to go with me) . Happy building everyone!
