Love our new Villa! We got to see the whole house building process from beginning to end, and also tracking the process on the keystone app. Very responsive team especially the construction manager, Andrew. Alex on the sales, was very helpful in the beginning. Overall we are having a wonderful experience living here in Kellerton. Met some of our new neighbors and very welcoming!
Just make sure to keep an eye on the time frame to build Kellerton houses. Typically if you customize a house from scratch, it would need around 14-15 months. However in our case we choose to buy the Villa which already had its foundation done and still took 5 months before settlement, but we couldnt customize it. But we like the predefined additions, so no complain. On top we got great incentives from the preferred lender.
