Rose Brothers

We had recently moved to Lancaster and found several plumbing issues in our new appartment. We had the good fortune to be advised to contact Rose Brothers for help. Their help and service was prompt, competent and focused on repair of defective parts; only when our twelve year old water heater could no longer be repaired did they recommend a new unit. Bob and his son Blake removed the damaged heater and installed a new and better quality unit in a couple of hours.They left our apartment in a clean and functional state. We were impressed with their service, quality of work and efficiency. We join the many other satisfied customers in awarding Rose Brothers with a FIVE STAR RATING !!

My mom called me frantic that her house was flooded. I ran over to assess and called Rose Brothers. They were at the house within 15 mins. Just the sweetest person, job done quickly and super reasonable. I cannot thank them enough.

Had a leaking toilet on the first floor that was also leaking through into the basement.  Bob returned the call in a timely manner and was polite and professional; he said Blake would arrive late morning.  Blake called ahead and was there at the time he said.  Blake was very diligent in assessing the problem (it needed a new wax seal) and had it fixed in a timely manner.  Appreciated his friendly manner and willingness to answer a few extra plumbing related questions.  Will definitely use again.

I can't even rate them. Bought a house that these guys had been apart of and now it's going to cost me $2100 to repair. All their work is awful.  Not to code, now I have another company testing my basement bathroom out trying to fix the flange.Don't not use or contact.
