Absolutely love this company and everyone who works with them. Kim is very responsive and as an admin who needs to keep my phone line open she is amazing about keeping in contact via email. Daryel is THE MAN! just the best, he's such a fun guy and he knows what he's talking about! The crew is perfect we had them working in our office setting with people working at their desk while the crew was cutting our walls open.. not one person mentioned it was a bother, they did such a great job keeping the dust down and keeping the work area tidy. Merge Inv will continue to use Zephyr Thomas for any of our future building improvements. THANK YOU SO MUCH ZEPHYR!

We were pleased that Zephyr Thomas, although located in Lancaster, came to York to do our screened-in porch. Our first contact was Josh who explained all options clearly. The price was half of other estimates we had gotten. The workmen were very professional & cleaned up thoroughly. We are pleased with the finished product. Highly recommend!

Zephyr Thomas rebuilt my porch after it was struck by a car. From the extremely detailed estimate to the financing and the extreme attention to detail, which was needed for our historic house, this process was amazing. I can't recommend them, and Josh specifically, enough. This will be the company I use for the rest of my renovations & repairs.

I recently had sliding glass, patio doors installed and repair work done on my deck by Zephyr Thomas Home Improvement Company. The installers did a very nice job and Im very satisfied with their work. Josh was knowledgeable about proper construction of a deck and was able to diagnose the problems my deck had. He made good suggestions on how to improve and extend the life of my deck.
My house has many other improvement needs and I would use them again.
