Patriot Propane

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Through out the entire process with them. I would highly recommend staying away from this company if you can. This is most recent experience and I could share others as well. I converted to gas and scheduled them to pick up the propane tank I had rented for the end of October. I scheduled with them 3 different times to pick up the tank and they missed every pickup without calling me as well. Had so many calls with them were they said they would call back after getting nothing figured out and never get a call back. They didn't pick up the tank from my property until the week before Christmas. Still charged me an $85 discharge fee and I even had it disconnected and ready for pickup. They also said they reimburse what is in the tank and now they are saying they propane was gifted to me from previous owner and will not reimburse or waive the discharge fee. I have many other experiences to complain about. Check my review history. This is the first time I have ever took the time to leave a poor review.

We recently switched to Patriot for propane delivery services due to our previous supplier getting out of the propane delivery service. Patriot requires new customers to have an inspection of their system to ensure it is up to standards, not leaking and that it is functioning properly. Our system was up to standards, but had a slight leak where the line connected to the tank. The technician tightened the connection and checked the remainder of the system and appliance to ensure that there were no other leaks and that the system was functioning properly and compliant with all standards. He also provided us with some suggestions and information on safety.
