        Experienced great service for the second time. Jerry has has been out both times and is a top notch tech. He took the time to explain things to me which I learned a good bit about garage doors and things to look out for before things break, and I do appreciate that. I will definitely call precision again for service and request Jerry.

        The gentlemen that came out to install our new garage doors were highly skilled and professional especially Rick and Zach whom we dealt with the most. I was thoroughly impressed with their pleasant personalities and willingness to demonstrate how to operate the new doors. Their patience is to be commended. The new molding Rick and Zach installed is also beautiful. I would highly recommend using Precision simply because they were responsive to our needs and concerns. In addition their one customer service representatives Ken repaired two of our old doors before the installation. He too was a real professional and addressed our needs as well.
