        Indoor City did the original carpet in 1995 when my house was built, just had my first room replaced on 12/19/23, the service is just as good today as it was 28 years ago. The salesperson was cooperative and knowledgeable, the install team was a true team effort were careful when they moved furniture, removed existing carpet, replaced carpet and cleaned up. I am glad I trusted Indoor City rather than shopping around.

        Contracted with Indoor City through Costco in 2020 to have LVFlooring installed. Great job! Now in 2023, one of the seams in floor board popped up, called for service and had a technician fix the problem in 30 minutes, awesome customer service! Thank You!

        Do you the cars with your company logo normally speed through parking lots with children walking through them or just when they are in rush on Tuesday afternoon around 5:50pm?

        Had to call them back 3 to 4 times to fix install issues. I will not use them again. They always can back to fix the problems but there were numerous calls to do so.  It's not the products, just the installation subcontractors, unfortunately.
