        I am in the process of claiming an inherited IRA. Let me say, it's been a difficult road. These folks make it rough. From non-functioning passwords, to un-returned phone calls to setting up an IRA account, (that I don't want).. And I'm not yet finished. Through the passing of my mother and the associated estate settling process, these guys have been the most cumbersome...and not done yet!
