I reached out to Congressman Smucker's office while we were traveling overseas, when we lost an important document. Ms. Kimberli Reed from his office responded promptly. She was empathetic and compassionate to our cause. She reached out to the overseas Embassy and helped us immensely during a very stressful time, even taking the time to respond to us over the weekend. Thank you so much for your help! I've received help from Rep. Smucker on several issues. My testimony is he gets the job done. As a Democrat I will vote for this man and moving forward ANY politician that works with this type of personal touch. It's as if he he answers the phone himself and for that 'I and my family thank you very much'..

My husband and I decided to reach out to US Rep. Lloyd Smucker's office because we were not getting our IRS refunds for the last 4 years. When we called, they let us know what we would need to send them so they could start working on it. We were never able to get ahold of anyone at the IRS who could assist us, and through the whole process, Lloyd Smucker's office sent us follow up letters, and even called me to make sure we were receiving the checks then once they got through to someone. They were a huge help and blessing to us by going to bat on our behalf. Thank you!
