If you are seen by PA Christie, get a second opinion or just don't schedule with her. After leaving the appointment in total disagreement with her "diagnosis", we went to Express Care where a well educated PA gave us a proper diagnosis and medication. After 24 hrs, the condition has significantly improved. We will never visit this location again if it means being seen by Christie! She doesn't care to listen to anything you tell her and only offers inaccurate information. Very sad!

I was a patient at this medical facility for many years, but I recently decided to leave. I really liked Dr. Hogg, she was kind and understanding. The reason for my departure was because of the staff, they seemed to be lacking in professionalism. I believe that a lot of times, students and interns were being used. For example, at one appointment a young lady came in to take my blood pressure and I asked her a question about my systolic number and she simply answered, "Sorry, I don't know." Another time, I had agreed to see a Nurse Practitioner and he prescribed medication that could of been harmful to someone with heart problems, like myself. And lastly, it was getting more difficult to get a timely appointment, with my regular doctor. It was really disappointing that I had to leave but as a patient I had to do what was best for my health.

Our family of four receives excellent care at Manor Ridge Family Medicine. From routine care, sick visits to diagnostic work ups, we have been well cared for at all times. Grateful to have this practice.
