Possible answers were all applicable except the one that asks whether I would join another MDVIP group if my physician retires or stops. There was no answer to be chosen that was applicable. I would not join another one until I met and interviewed the prospective physician first. This should be included on that question. I don't see how anyone would chose another physician blindly!

I had recently joined MDVIP after dealing with doctors and hospitals hoping for relief of my 2 1/2 years of long covid symptoms. At the end of one of the visits I pointed out a neck lump. The office staff made an appointment for an Ultrasound. Results were inconclusive with a suggestion to repeat the test in 6-12 months. Right before the 6 month time, Dr. Kelly Phillips office called to schedule the appointment for me. Tests followed within a very short time of the previous one. A biopsy and appointment with an ENT doctor was made. One physician informed me that patients were waiting 6 weeks for these tests. The ENT doctor asked if I wanted a second opinion. I did. We traveled to Philadelphia for Doctor visits and a repeat biopsy which confirmed I had papillary thyroid cancer. Today marks 6 months since the successful thyroidectomy and left neck dissection. Even though the surgeon was 1 1/2 hrs drive away, I knew I could get answers and positive affirmation from Dr. Phillips. I am very grateful for the excellent care I receive from Dr. Kelly Phillips, her father Dr. Spencer Phillips and the office staff. It is wonderful to call a doctors office and feel certain they know who they are assisting on that phone call.

Doctor Kelly and Doctor Spencer Phillips at MDVIP in Lancaster, PA. are the nicest, most personable and professional Doctors I've ever met in my 62 years. They both take a personal interest in my health and my wife has been so impressed that she signed up as a patient with them and MDVIP as well. I'm so much more confident in their advice and ongoing monitoring of our health than I've ever been prior to becoming an MDVIP Patient.

Dr. Kelly Phillips is amazing, as is her father, Dr. Spencer Phillips who has been my primary care physician for over 30 years. With Kelly joining the MDVIP practice, she is insuring the continuity of great quality care that Spencer has built. Her attention to detail in truly wonderful. She will often call in the evening after an appointment saying "I did some additional research on... and I just wanted you to know..." It is obvious she cares! It is also wonderful to have her generational new approaches! They make an exceptional team!
