They refuse to see anyone sick in the office because of covid. As always THERE ARE OTHER ILLNESSES OUT THERE BESIDES COVID!!!! This is a DOCTORS OFFICE you are to be seen when sick!! A telehealth visit doesn't do justice they can't check your nose ears throat chest etc. How can you properly diagnose someone via computer screen yet you make 6 figures a year for what... To no longer properly treat people? This is why when. My daughter was turned away she ended up having to be taken elsewhere and had to get breathing treatments and a steroid because she couldn't breathe. All could have been avoided if she was actually seen in office and treated properly but no was left go cause it was just a "virus" couldn't see that it was actually bronchitis...useless anymore. Our health care system sucks anymore cause everyone is so afraid they forget they have an actual job to do!!!!

Had an awful experience today! We've been coming here for 15 years and NEVER missed an appointment. This morning we woke up to my little one having pink eye. I called and made an appointment. They had one open for 10:40. Ok, I live 40 minutes away, but we'll hurry and come. I walked in to the office to see Dr Martinez at 10:43. The front desk lady said she would have to see if she'll still see us. She came back at 10:44 and said "No, she can't see you. Your appointment was at 10:40. You'll have to reschedule. We no longer have a grace period." :o As I stand there with my visibly ill 5 year old being told they won't treat her because we were 3 minutes late. There was ONE person in the waiting room, so not like it was overflowing with patients waiting to be seen. 15 years having never missed an appointment and this is the treatment (or non treatment as it were) we receive? I am so unbelievably disappointed in the lack of care and compassion we received today. I did NOT reschedule. I walked out the door, took her to wellspan, was treated in 20 minutes and back home. Came home and immediately switched our whole family to a clinic in the Wellspan system.

Ive seen Dr Wehibe, Dr Cope and Dr Martinez. Ive always been happy with the care Ive received from the clinical providers. My experience with the administrative side of the practice has left me frustrated a few times.
