Called them to come out just to replace a receptacle that had sparked. They showed up and did the work and everything was working as it should for 12 hours then it tripped off that line again. I called and the lady told me no problem she would call me back in just a few hours....she never did, I called today and the guy told me SHE was on vacation but he would get back to me today, of course he never did. I am not putting down their original work but their follow up is just rude and non existent, which is sad because I have a lot of jobs coming up I would have used them for....now? Never nor will I be giving them business from my extended family and friends.
Edit: They did get back to me the next morning and apologized for not getting back to me, they sent 2 guys out right away and fixed the problem.
