Pennsylvania Department of Transportation - Driver License Center, Lancaster Regency Square

The workers are rude and have an attitude. Most people are unaware of all the new rules and regulations the DMV have to obtain an ID or whatever it may be, so the workers need to be patient and informative of what is needed, all I got was attitude then rudely dismissed.

I had a wonderful experience here. There was an issue, but the person helping me was extremely nice and got everything sorted out. I know there are a lot of bad reviews, but I've only had positive experiences with the people working here.

This place is great. Just bring the correct documents and you'll be in and out in under 20 minutes. Everyone complaining is a big baby

[131 Rohrerstown Rd, Lancaster, PA 17603] Came in for a REAL ID license as a new PA resident! Li, Jason, and Hope helped me today and they're all delightful. They were incredibly patient (my process was a bit more involved since I had a recent legal name change), informative, great company, and made my day brighter. The service center itself is well organized to get you in and out as soon as possible while still making sure to give everyone the individual attention and respect for their time that they need. They have plenty of screens and speakers around the waiting area and signs at all of the stations so you can see/hear exactly when and where your number is being called. In and out in under an hour and half on a rainy afternoon! No guarantees that it's the norm, but I can confirm that they're doing their best to make it happen. An overall pleasant place that owes its shine to the wonderful people working there. Thanks again guys, I can't wait to get my new license in the mail!
