I am a huge fan of Dr. Todd. This review is not a reflection of him or else I would have gone elsewhere. He is honestly the best dentist in the area. My complaint is the billing people and the secretaries that solicit for payments on your payment plan. This is a difficult time for everyone now and I have sustained a lot of unrelated medical bills. I made my first payment on my payment plan and for the past 2 months have not been able to make the payment. When you talk to them they are predatory like a lender and subtly threaten you to pay up. I had notified them that in April I would be able to make my 2nd of 5 installments. This has fell through due to circumstances. I was afraid to let them know because they push and push and even the payment on your account isnt good enough and after one month they want the entirety of it. I would not have made a single payment if I did not plan to within 6 months pay them back entirely. I was just sent a letter that after 90 days the full amount is due. I plan to pay the next installment next month and relieve the bill entirely within 2 months since circumstances have gotten better. I had requested to talk to Dr. Todd about this but they say he wont which I do not believe. Unfortunately I will have to go to a more compassionate provider from now on however I will be paying them back within 2 months. Its a shame because I really like Dr. Todd and believe he is the best in the area. I also know he does humanitarian work outside of his office. If it werent for the billing/clerical workers clamoring me like they would take my car if they could I would stay. I highly recommend Dr. Todd and I regret having to leave his practice due to this. I would never have wrote this review if I could have spoken to him but I was told it was not an option.

Amazing dentist!!!   I have been going to him since he took over a retiring dentist's practice (Dr. Besterman).  Todd is a true professional. His office is spotless and state of the art.  The staff have been here for many years - they are all kind and caring, and VERY patient friendly.  He and his staff always have the time to answer all of my questions.  He has a good sense of humor, and you can tell he loves his job.
