    People running a business where someones child is at should not talk to people in a rude or snarky way. You also shouldnt make the parents feel a certain way when interacting with them. Whoever is running this place and responding to comments clearly has an ego and a sense of entitlement just by reading reviews and hearing from previous clients. Yes consider the source. A concerned person who cares about the wellness of your clients.

    I highly recommend this center for any family that can follow rules and policies. It is pathetic that those that can't follow rules want to leave bad reviews. Please consider the source when reading reviews!! LEEC is fabulous.

    First of all I havent even left my review yet and they are already throwing my name out there which I find that to invade my own privacy. I am Kayla (the one mentioned below in a reply) if they edit their comment you will not find my name then.. Also buying your own reviews doesnt make you look any better.. getting 5 star reviews every 15 minutes after you just got a bad one..? Anyways. My son was there for two and a half weeks. I was told that I could get a schedule change if I submitted my schedule in a week prior. They also wanted to tell me that they went over and reviewed the rules and regulations (which they do NOT go over it with you it is up to you to fill everything out on your own and to review it.) which I will say if I misunderstood then excuse me but to talk to me the way I was was very ignorant and not appropriate at all. I have worked costumer service for years and all I was asking was to get my schedule changed and why I would not be allowed to permanently get it changed. I previously have told them and they knew I am a retail manager and my schedule always varies. All I needed was my Tuesday and Thursdays changed from a pickup time of 3PM to 430PM. I was told it could not permanently be changed after exchanging a few emails that I felt were getting a little tense. Then I asked who I was speaking with not once but twice and did not get a response. I then replied how I did with the attached photo below and then got this reply. Your son is no longer enrolled with LEEC affective immediately. There was absolutely NO need to kick my son out and this is supposed to be a school to help you? But yet they want to kick my son out immediately when I was asking questions and swore I was told by a staff member through their app they would accommodate to my schedule. Then when I reviewed their handbook again more in depth I read it says, they reserve the right to alter, amend, or otherwise MODIFY these guidelines, in its sole discretion, without prior notice. So then I felt defeated as to how they could just kick my son out just because they didnt like me asking questions as to why they couldnt accommodate. This is VERY unprofessional and I definitely advise you to read all of their handbook as any as we should. But either way I feel again this should have been handled in a more professional manner and I will never recommend this daycare. After the exchanges of emails, then to kick my son out and then to comment you must be a friend of Kaylas. Is very immature and again to throw my name out there when I havent even written my own review yet. But here we are. It really does make me question more of the care that happens there then because you were so fast to act so curt towards me. Just very disappointed, did not expect this at all but then I read other comments and how they acted to me in their emails seems to be how they react Alot. Just be cautious, I do advise! Also I did not lie about my schedule I told you how many times that my work schedule VARIES, My manager and I being her assistant filled it out together so please do not say we lied, that is not valid at all. Also, to be waiting for my review? Are you okay? There is no need to harass or argue. I said what I had to and again, like you said you will see in the emails you have I said my work schedule VARIES, multiple times I said this. Thank you.

We were waiting for your review Kayla. I, too, will screen shot all 18 of the emails sent to you stating that schedule changes are not guaranteed. After explaining that to you multiple times, you then lied and said you work every Tuesday and Thursday. You even went as far as having your manager fraudulently complete a work verification form. Yes, it is your responsibility to read the parent handbook. I'm sorry that you're not the exception to the rules.We do not buy any reviews. We do, however, have a strong following of amazing supporters. A big thank you to all of the 5 star reviewers. We pride ourselves in holding every family accountable to the same standards. Once someone doesn't get their way, they want to write a negative Google review - very typical. I'm glad we were able to agree that our center is not the right fit for your family.
