    I was very disappointed in my recent visit. I went with the intent to purchase a standing desk for my office. I found the standing desk but there was no one around to help. the only two people I saw anywhere in the store were at the checkout they told me they would get someone to help me after standing around waiting for 10 minuets I gave up and left. Add to the frustration that the standing desk I was looking at was malfunctioning so I couldn't even properly check out the desk that they had on display. For the prices they charge you would think that they would have people there to help. ended up getting a standing desk elsewhere for half the cost with much more help. wouldn't recommend them. Add to the fact that the bathrooms were disgusting they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time I felt like I was more likely to catch a disease then catch an employee for help. Very disappointing

    I drove 30 miles to get 2 boxes of which they said they had 22 of online. I probably spent 20 minutes in the store waiting for them to find said boxes.. And they didn't have them. The employee consulted what appeared to be a manager, and they both went on the hunt for nothing. I waited and waited and finally the floor employee comes back and says. "Well, they used them for shipping and they are supposed to scan them as they use them and I guess they haven't been" She was pretty pleasant as were the rest of the employees in there, but I really felt at that point the manager should have delivered the news.. I'm not happy.. 22 and zero is a big inventory difference. Staples has inventory issues too (best buy also for example) Someone needs to take some pride somewhere and fix these things. It just makes me not want to shop at Office Max.. Office Depot.. and frankly Home Depot as well.
