    Ive been payying over $300-500/month for their 'platinum' service plan. I feel it's way too much for the service I'm receiving. ive been trying to leave on good terms stating I have found another company offering more services at a lower rate, not complaining just being frugal! I've sent 3 emails and have called with no answer back to cancel their services. 5 days now still no response. Be careful when signing up for one of their monthly packages, they won't call back if you want to cancel. so I reported my credit card lost so they can't charge any more. A pain but at least I have peace of mind not getting charged any further.

    Red Rose has been opening my older parents(80 years old) pool for the last few years!! They had sold them a seasonal contract. Worst mistake!! They are completely incompetent on opening & maintaining the pools Chlorine levels in check. Just this past week they added excess pounds of liquid chlorine to which it took the levels about a 10. This is the second time in this season they have done this. The first time they added 5 pounds of liquid chlorine one day before July 4th. Which made the pool useless for the holidays. Whats the point using this company if you cant even swim in your pool?

We are disappointed in losing a customer, especially when the entire ordeal could've been remedied with better communication. In review of your file you are absolutely correct that when you notified us after hours on 7/16 and communicated your decision to terminate the relationship a simple response on 7/17 acknowledging your message with information that you had a zero balance on your account and no further charges would incur would have been the correct direction to take. For this we sincerely apologize. In addition to that in review of your file I see that in our professional opinion you needed a licensed electrician to remedy your issue which unfortunately we do not offer for liability reasons. If that ended up not being the case, again we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We wish you luck in the future and if anything is needed from us we would be grateful for the opportunity to win you back. Thank You

Hello John - Thank You for your constructive feedback on the service we have been providing your parent's pool this year. We take all feedback both positive and negative very seriously as we are always looking to provide the best service in the industry. Upon review of your file admittedly it has been a struggle this year to maintain a consistent chlorine level mainly due to the high nitrate levels in your pool which you are aware of. With high nitrate levels as I'm sure your aware effects maintaining a consistent chlorine level. As we have previously communicated the only option to rid the water of nitrates is to drain and refill the pool with fresh water. We do use liquid chlorine on occasion in certain situations as it's the fastest way to address low chlorine readings so hopefully the water is not conducive to algae growth. We sincerely apologize for using liquid chlorine, especially after you requested us not to use after 6/28. We do have other ways to address your chlorine issues moving forward. Please do not hesitate to call into the office at anytime and speak to the general manager directly if any more issues or questions arise. You are long time customers at Red Rose and we look forward to continuing our relationship.
