I am completely satisfied with the service by Computerniks. Terrific communication. I was never kept in the dark during the entire service call & appreciate all the helpful suggestions from Henry.

Ah man where do I start? Service was amazing, Henry was kind and helpful. Great guy all around and helped me get straight to the point. If I ever have a device that needs repair, he will be who I go to! Excellence at its finest!

I was traveling through Lancaster and had a major problem with my laptop on a Sunday afternoon, with a full week of work/travel ahead. Henry diagnosed the likely problem over the phone--something that he wouldn't have been able to repair--and then suggested 2-3 very thoughtful options. His counsel was extremely helpful ... and he would not accept payment since he didn't actually handle the computer. A gracious and generous person! Thank you, Henry.

Henry has been my Computer Man for many years. Most recently, he stuck by me and finally solved a problem regarding internet access to email where I was getting nowhere. It took several visits and calls, but his technical knowledge saved the day. I highly recommend him if you want someone knowledgeable and thorough.
