Like the other locations, we knew what to expect, we thought. Either our sever was only partially trained or just not on her game, but even the slightest request could not be accommodated. "We don't do that" was her answer to every request. Had I been by myself, I would've left. We will probably hold off on this location to let them get up to speed.

To the Owner of Coffee Co. - Respectfully and constructively we hope you see this as we want to keep giving you our business.
We have been customers of yours for 4 years now. Lititz Pike, 30 East etc. We even supported Landisville for opening day.
However, our past 2 experiences (1 dine in, the other carry out) at Landisville have just been very low quality. The sandwiches were just thrown together, not cut in half, we asked for pineapple on a sandwich and they didnt put it on and your delicious sweet pickles have been replaced with average dried out pickles.
Please dont sacrifice quality. We want to continue to support Coffee Co. and hope some changes are made that we can continue to support our local coffee restaurant that we loved.

My wife and I enjoy going to Coffe Co here and there. We decided to stop in a grab a latte and cinnamon bun after a doctor appointment. We ordered via their takeout screen at the front of restaurant. While waiting for our coffee and pastry we were approached by an employee that they did not have any cinnamon buns. Right away we were off put by here attitude and customer service. She offered us a muffin instead which we were fine with. The muffin was a $1.25 cheaper so while they were warming up our muffin my wife asked if we would be refunded the $1.25. This disgruntled employee response was When we are out of something we dont comp you the difference. Now, do we really care about a $1.25, no we dont. Its more so the principle of her not giving us the difference of an item we ordered to an item we actually got because THEY did not have any more of what we ordered. Not to mention this employees attitude was very poor and rude the entire time. Next time we will take our business elsewhere and not recommend this Coffee Co location to others.

My new favorite breakfast place. Great coffee, and food was fresh and expertly cooked. No greasy taste, nicely seasoned, delicious options, and I think, real sourdough bread! Welltrained and pleasant waitstaff, bonus.
