        This was my first experience ever with a chiropractor, after years of hesitation, and expectations were definitely surpased! Scheduling was a breeeze, apointments were available for a couple of days after and plenty of times to fit my schedule. Staff is really friendly and there is no wait time at all! Dr. Glass made me feel at ease by throughly listening and explaning each part of the treatment; and following up after my appointment. No more hesitation and have already recommended Dr. Glass to everyone!

        Tried to make a same day appointment - none available although one showed on their website. Asked for any appointment for the next day and it was made clear they wouldnt accommodate a new patient the next day either. Not convenient for a new patient in pain.

      I want to apologize for the experience you had. Our online scheduling system is having some glitches currently and showed an available timeslot that was taken already, which is certainly not ideal. We are working with the vendor to have that issue resolved asap. We really do try to see new patients who are in pain as quickly as possible.
