        I am in the fitness program at KFM. It's a great service! I get personalized physical fitness training, nutritional guidance, and support for overall health and wellness. By following the plan set up for me for exercise and healthy diet, I was actually even able to stop my blood pressure medications! I would highly recommend the services provided here, all the staff are accomodating, friendly and knowledgable, non-judgmental and very supportive of your goals!

        These guys are a well run and friendly operation. There are several different health management options to choose from, making every single experience you need and customizable based on specific health needs. Very impressed with the Wait room staff, Jessica and Tina. Highly recommend!
