Dr. Charles is one of the most genuine people I know. He is a no nonsense kind of man. Just the right amount of small talk. He is very knowledgeable about the skeletal system and has a great bedside manor. Thanks for providing excellent patient satisfaction and for taking an interest in my overall well being.
