        Scott G was very diligent and totally patient with old school ways and new generation of clients makes him awesome in my book...he's dedicated from start to finish in assisting and also getting in touch with the right people to confirm all finalities

        The customer care rep Scott was very on point with his work. Was very knowledgeable on the product in stock, knew how to supply my needs with exactly what I wanted, and helped me to get my new phone switched with no hassle. Came here because Columbia wasnt very good on their sales approach, and I couldnt have been more glad I did. He got me on a payment plan that worked right for me, and got me out the door within 30 minutes easy. Great customer care, and great representation of what t-mobile has to offer.
