The front desk Representative was rude, impatient and entitled. I asked them to look at one brake pad while my car was getting the oil change. They checked and quoted me a ridiculous amount just to change 2 brakes. I declined the brake service. Later when I came in to pick up my vehicle they added a ridiculous fee for looking at the brake pad. When I questioned the fee, the female at the desk responded and said, nothing in this world is free, it is what it is. I never asked them to do it for free, I just wanted a better understanding of why they were trying to charge me so much. She then proceeds to let me know that her dad owns the garage and hes gonna say exactly what she said. I waited speak with her dad. After he literally said what she said verbatim, I explained that Im not asking for a free service. In fact Im already a paying customer, I just wanted him to explain to me why he charged $75 just to look at one brake pad when you already have the car up and your changing the oil and rotating the tires. He could not explain why. Midway through his fumbled explanation he waved me off decided to only charge me $50 to look at the brakes on top of the $90 for the oil change, which is ridiculous. Ive never had these issues with them until I had to deal with the nasty, entitled front desk rep. These are not professionals! I do not recommend this garage if you value customer service.
