First time going to this self service car wash after buying my car and it was the worst mistake I ever made! A brand new vehicle!! After washing my vehicle I then proceeded to dry off my car with the dryer machine. The clamp holding the dryer tube up on to the pole above my car was not tightened and put in properly! The tube slipped off the pole and smashed into my windshield and the hood of my car leaving a crack and scratches. I reached out to the owner to make him aware of the situation and tried to get his insurance to cover the damages to my car due to improper maintenance and equipment he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I made a police report and that was POINTLESS! I do not recommended going here the equipment is old and broken and can cause damage to your vehicle. This place needs some serious repairs!!!

Awful place. We parked at the auto-shop for second we still inside the car. In second two idiots came out and put Wheel Lock in the front of the vehicle even they saw us sitting inside . We got charged $200 dollars cash no credit or debit cash only. Plus that on the receipt a said cash sale. I guess theyre hungry for money . DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. I RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE else
