Outstanding job on my truck!!! Looks just like it did when new, fender replaced and paint looks great!! They were on top of the service. Great customer service from the initial assessment to daily updates letting me know how things were progressing. Picked it up today. It took 3 weeks and I thought that was better time than I originally thought. I highly recommend them!

Had a fantastic experience at Faulkner. Started off with my Tesla being body slammed on the highway by a guy with no license. Called the Tesla referenced number for Faulkner (later that evening/after hours) and to my surprise, the shop manager (April) answered. They had accidentally listed her cell number but she took the time to chat with me there and then, and assured me that I'd be taken care of. She made everything about the process so clear and always took the time to answer my questions. We ordered the parts because of the backlog with Tesla supply, and a few weeks later when it all arrived, I took my car in. The process couldn't have been easier with Enterprise dropping the car off, my estimator allowing them to make changes remotely, and the daily updates that Faulkner was sending. In all, we ended up needing one extra part that had to be ordered and April took the time to put in a special request with Tesla to have it expedited so that I didn't go over my rental car days under insurance. Upon picking up my car, not only was it clean and back to beautiful, but they even gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies to go! There was a small issue I found when I arrived home where the trim inside the door still had a dent/cut in the leather, but April had me return it immediately and gave me back the rental car. It was fixed within 24 hours, and when I received my car back it was also fully charged. I can't thank the team over there enough for the fantastic service and hospitality. April is forever saved in my phone as "April the Angel" - saving me AND my car! Very grateful for them and highly recommend.

I was involved in 2 separate accidents, both not at fault. The first accident, the other persons insurance company works directly with Faulkner and enterprise. Both locations are convenient near my job, so went through the process got an appointment all set up to have the damaged appraised. That went flawless, took my lunch break and was done in 10 minutes. Afterwards I called in to set up the appointment for the repair, they were booked out for a few weeks no big deal. Roughly about a week prior to my appointment I was involved in another minor accident this persons insurance also works with Faulkner. Faulkner said they could take care of both repairs at the same time, sounds convenient. However when I called in to confirm my appointment, the person who made the appointment booked it wrong. They found the mistake and corrected it. I dropped my car off for repairs, they completed the repair on time. Unfortunately the repair was not done correctly, there were multiple paint runs in the repairs made. My vehicle is older 2005 and my daily, I take care of my car. My paint is black so it shows any imperfections with the correct lighting. I was not pleased with this discovery, I took the pictures and sent them to the appraiser and waited for a response. The response didn't come, hours passed so I decided to call in and speak to the manager. The appraiser forwarded the pictures and she said it should have never left in that condition. She said she will correct the issues, and agreed to pick my car up from my job and get it corrected. It took 2 separate times, after the first time there were still runs in the paint. The second time it was 100% correct. The manager took care of it and corrected the issues, that I'm pleased about. What I'm not pleased about is the quality of work performed by the body techs. I honestly feel because my car is older and is not perfect they just didn't care. They quickly did the repairs and shipped it. Thinking I wouldn't notice, what surprised me was the second time they delivered my car back to me. They had the body techs who did the repairs drop it off, I could tell he was not pleased and was upset because I brought the imperfections up. Afterwards I contacted the general manager and spoke to him. I expressed my experience and my feelings about the repairs made. He took it seriously but then I told him I'm a automotive technician, and I expressed if I made that many mistakes on my repairs it could seriously hurt someone. He just chuckled at that, that sat very unsettling with me. I understand it's 2 different fields auto body and automotive repair. It should all be taken seriously, these are people's cars. The final straw was after some time, I found out they never plugged my rear bumper harness in after the repair. I warn anyone who is using this company make sure to look over the repairs made very carefully. This company should have a quality control and have someone look over every repair before it's returned to the customer.
