Ben S., a Cool Crew technician completed the annual inspection and service of my heating system. Ben was very professional and thorough. He reviewed a possible future concern. Currently there are no worries. He spent an hour and three quarters cleaning and examining my system. I very much appreciate Bens expertise and will ask for Ben in the future to service my system. Thank you very much Ben!
