I called late on a Friday not expecting to talk to a person. A person answered straight away and twenty minutes later a possible solution to my greenhouse "brain" appeared in my email. The solution worked. Excellent customer service!!

10 stars for advancing alternatives as a company with great customer service. Scott Rich and Dave. First off every time I called the company during business hours, someone (Scott) picked up not a answering machine. And Scott got me in touch with with a technician ASAP. First technician (Rich) was awesome and walked me through and it turned out I got the wrong timer (part) for repair. When the right part came in Dave helped walk me through the install. We were having issues and Dave stayed well past their closing hours to help me get it right. Cant tell you all how much I appreciate this company. Our business was on the line and these guys are Lifesavers. I dont write many reviews but I felt they deserve the recognition. Highly recommend them

We purchased a greenhouse controller, roll up motors, roll lock and rollbar from these guys last season. I cannot tell you how much this technology has improved the growing environment and has taken so much pressure off of managing ventilation. The ongoing customer support far exceeds anything youd expect from todays market. Thank you advancing alternatives!
