I went to this rehab for six months when I was pregnant with my daughter. Yes, some of the staff was rude at times and they tried to put me down and they prioritized other clients before me and those clients that were at their top ranking are now still struggling with addiction, but this did change my life for the better. Now I am going on three years clean this coming June, and they definitely pointed me in the right direction And I was able to work past my trauma and live a healthy happy life.

I used to be at Vantage House. It is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I cried myself to sleep every night. I wasn't the only one. They should be shut down! They didn't let me breastfeed when I needed. We ran out of milk and they blamed us. Our 3 showers between 35 people were always cold. We went from 7am-10pm in groups, exhausted every day. They made us feel like scum, made us chant, tattle, tore us down and made us fit their mold. They make you memorize ridiculous chants and if you act unhappy you loose the little privileges you have. If you have no privileges they will sleep deprive you. I couldn't talk to my son, husband or case manager. They kept me away from my newborn most of the day. I got in trouble for holding my baby too much. They said I was addicted to my baby. I was there because the courts. I was caught growing 10 marijuana seedlings. They told me I had disease and I would eventually use hard drugs. When I left they said I was going to die. This place is insane! Someone should investigate it! Absolutely horrific!!! And guess what, 15 years later and I still feel the same way. I do nothing but smoke weed. No hard drugs. And wow I didn't die.

Worst costumer service EVER. Karol Tasker, if you don't like your job, quit, there's no need to be unprofessional.

It took me three times going to this woman and children program to finally get it and last year October 15th I celebrated 6 years clean
